  • Free Shipping
    For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your happiness is our priority. If your full-price purchase does not meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Note on Final Sale Items: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our clients, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • All sale and clearance merchandise
  • Any dress marked as “Final Sale”
  • Bridal gowns and highly personalized formal wear due to their delicate and custom nature.
This is a standard practice for special occasion garments.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. It must be returned in its original packaging.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

To initiate a smooth return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
  2. Pack Your Item:
    Securely pack the unworn, tagged item in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.
  3. Ship Your Return:
    Mail your return package to the address provided by our customer service team along with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside.
    We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
