Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unaltered, and have all original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.

Please Note: Due to the delicate and personalized nature of bridal and formal wear, sale items, clearance merchandise, and dresses marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is a common practice for such special occasion garments to ensure hygiene and quality for all our customers.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the unworn, tagged item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address provided by our customer service team along with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

After we receive and approve your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

For exchanges, we will process the shipment of your new item once the return is approved. Standard or free shipping rates will apply to the new shipment.
